Logan was wonderful. Very polite and thorough. He explained the process to me and executed the work in a nice timely manner. The couch looks great! I would recommend this company and Logan, to friends and family every time!

Logan R came today and cleaned our carpet. Could nit have been more professional and kind. He walked us through the entire process only after listening to our needs. Gave me a few options and was done quickly. Left behind no mess and went above and beyond. This industry requires these techs to enter our homes to do a job. His ability to make us comfortable and establish trust made a huge difference. Overall our world would be much better if more people were like Logan R. He cared. That seems like a stupid thing to praise but is lost these days. Thanks Logan R!!!
